Recipe for Datella
I’ve just made “Datella” a really yummy and healthy alternative to “Nutella”.
1/3 cup almonds (I soaked these overnight for better digestion)
2/3 cup fresh, pitted dates, soaked in hot water for 15 minutes
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds (could leave out if you don’t have any)
1tablespoon coconut oil (in liquid form)
Blend in a food processor until smooth and enjoy any way you like!!

Next time, I’m going to try this with roasted hazelnuts. I’ll let you know how it goes.
